Our customer facing staff are required to take and prepare orders along with communicating
with the fryers on orders. Cooking of smaller items, such as burgers, are also required.
Our fryers are responsible for cooking great fish and chips and managing the oil
and the batter. Fryers are trained to national standards and pass the National Federation
of Fish Fryers diploma.
Arrives before opening hours, every day to peel the potatoes required for the evenings
meals. The ability to repeatedly lift 25kg bags of potato to shoulder height essential!
As a commercial kitchen we are unable to employ staff under the school leaving age.
