As your food will be cooked to order, cancellations may not be possible if preparation has started for your food. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot offer a full refund unless the order is returned to the shop. We may offer you a replacement or credit against a future order.
